NOTICE – RULES & CONDUCT HOBBS YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION
Your child has registered to play soccer with the Hobbs Youth Soccer Association. You agree to the following:
  1. I will sit in the bleachers or stand at least five yards from the side lines. I will not stand beyond the 18 yard line or behind the goals at either end of the field while play is in progress.
  2. I will not harass, threaten, criticize or assault a player, coach or referee before, during or at the conclusion of the game.
  3. Should I violate any of the above rules, the game will be stopped and I will be escorted from the field.
  4. I am fully aware that verbal and physical abuse of a referee is a crime that is subject to disciplinary action by Hobbs Youth Soccer Association and New Mexico Youth Soccer Association and could result in criminal charges being filed against me.
